Ben’s story

I came in with no sales experience, however the focus on training has meant I’ve quickly been able to achieve my goals – both those related to my career and personal life. I’m now climbing up the property ladder, with becoming an entrepreneur and investing in startups in my sights too. I really value the structured, methodical approach Org3D take, along with how they centre in on both physical and mental wellbeing. My favourite thing about working here has to be the positive and feedback-oriented culture.
