Connor’s story

Before joining Org3D, I was training to be a Catholic priest! Whilst it ultimately wasn’t for me, I loved helping and developing people. That’s why joining Org3D was the perfect opportunity. I quickly climbed the ranks from Search Consultant to Team Lead. I was promoted just before the pandemic hit, meaning my time in management hasn’t quite gone as expected, but it’s been just as rewarding. Org3D has helped me to already meet some of my life goals – including purchasing a home, a car and looking after my future self by putting more in my pension pot
