Rosie’s story

I decided to become part of the Org3D team after coming from another recruitment company – it was a risk that more than paid off. I was pleased to discover that expectations actually met reality; from the work being in an exciting, niche field, to the culture of shared success, to the collaboration, trust and support that makes up Org3D. My favourite part about working here is the training and development; I was given all the tools needed to succeed in my role from the off.
